Our journey at Waiba Eco Dharma Works began in the heart of Bhutan and was conceived by a founder who possessed a special combination of banking, farming, healing, and resilience experience. We are more than simply a company; we are a movement committed to bringing eco-innovation and traditional knowledge together for the benefit of Bhutan's people and land.
Our goal is very clear: to provide every household with protection, healing, and a means of subsistence. True development, in our opinion, can only be achieved by finding answers that are not only practical but also firmly anchored in environmentalism, compassion, and practical Dharma. Every project we work on is guided by this principle, whether it's creating fire-proof bamboo homes that provide safe refuge or creating soil-stabilized roadways that honor the environment.
In order to benefit the people and land of Bhutan, we at Waiba Eco Dharma Works combine traditional knowledge with cutting-edge eco-innovation. To preserve the traditional knowledge of Bhutan along with the farmers, young people, and future generations. To achieve this, we will support organic farming, ecological building techniques, and herbal health products in order to create a sustainable and independent country.
Our goal is to create a green, inclusive economy in Bhutan. In order to accomplish this, we will integrate technology and tradition to build sustainable livelihoods, nurture new youth leaders, and position Bhutan as a global leader in regenerative development that provides dignity and healing in all that we do.

Our goal is to make a difference in every Dzongkhag across the country, starting with our foundation in Dagana. To do this, we will establish a strong network of co-ops, training facilities, and potential franchises that will enable us to carry out our purpose of community empowerment and sustainable development throughout Bhutan.
